Interventions
The study compares two approaches to NCD prevention and management: a digital health intervention and the WHO PEN protocol. A third group receives standard care for comparison.
Digital Intervention:
- Personalized mobile-based platform
- Interactive guidance on diet, physical activity, tobacco, and alcohol use
- Available in multiple languages
- Designed using human-centered principles
- Delivered via smartphones and internet-enabled devices
WHO PEN Intervention:
- Based on WHO’s Package of Essential Noncommunicable Disease Interventions
- Delivered through brief health education sessions
- Focuses on lifestyle modification and clinical management
Control Group:
- Receives routine care at Health & Wellness Centers
- No additional intervention
Follow-up Schedule: Baseline, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months
