Interventions

The study compares two approaches to NCD prevention and management: a digital health intervention and the WHO PEN protocol. A third group receives standard care for comparison.

Digital Intervention:

  1. Personalized mobile-based platform
  2. Interactive guidance on diet, physical activity, tobacco, and alcohol use
  3. Available in multiple languages
  4. Designed using human-centered principles
  5. Delivered via smartphones and internet-enabled devices

WHO PEN Intervention:

  1. Based on WHO’s Package of Essential Noncommunicable Disease Interventions
  2. Delivered through brief health education sessions
  3. Focuses on lifestyle modification and clinical management

Control Group:

  1. Receives routine care at Health & Wellness Centers
  2. No additional intervention

Follow-up Schedule: Baseline, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months
