Tadasana In Sanskrit it means “Mountain Pose”.
It is a fundamental yoga position in which the yogi places their feet firmly on the ground while standing upright and straight.
Vajrasana In Sanskrit “Vajra” means “thunderbolt” or “diamond”.
Position is believed to help in digestion and offers a deep stretch for the muscles.
Gomukhasana In Sanskrit “go” denotes a cow, “mukh” denotes a face, and “asana” denotes a pose.
The elbows resemble a cow’s ears, while the folded legs resemble a cow’s mouth.
Makarasana In Sanskrit “makara” means “Crocodile”, therefore Makarasana is known as “Crocodile Pose”.
It is a highly restorative pose that develops your back muscles while calming your nervous system.
